14-Day Returns Policy
 

  1. Introduction
    At Pixel Perks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
     

  2. Eligibility for Returns
    Unwanted Items - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
    Faulty Items - In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return the item to us in accordance with your statutory rights. The item will be inspected and if deemed faulty a refund will be made within 5-7 working days.
     

  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.
     

  4. Return Process
    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    Contact our customer service team at info@pixelperks.co.uk to request a return authorisation.
    Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
     

  5. Refunds
    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
     

  6. Shipping Costs
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
